Peace Base · partner briefing · October 2026

Business software built in days, not months, and run for a fraction of the usual cost.

Almost every business app needs the same parts: customer accounts, staff permissions, bookings, orders, chat, payments, reports. Peace Base makes those parts once, so software companies and small businesses can assemble an app with AI instead of building it from scratch.

The opportunity

Businesses keep paying for the same software again and again.

AI has made writing software faster, but every company still rebuilds the same basic parts and then pays a large monthly cloud bill to run them.

Software companies

The same work in every project

Agencies rebuild logins, permissions, admin screens, booking and payments for each client. That work is rarely paid well on fixed-price projects.

Small businesses

Customers lost in chat apps

Shops, clinics and hotels take orders and bookings over Zalo and Facebook. Messages are missed at night, replies are slow, and nothing is recorded.

Everyone

Running costs that surprise

Apps built quickly are usually not built to be cheap to run. Cloud bills grow faster than the business, often before it has many users.

What we offer

Ready-made parts, assembled by AI, running on our low-cost platform.

Think of building with prefabricated modules instead of laying every brick. The parts are already tested; the builder only decides how they fit together for this business.

1 · Ready-made parts
customer accountsstaff rolesbookingsorderspaymentschatAI assistantreportsnotifications
2 · AI assembles the app

The developer or business owner describes what they need. The AI picks the parts, sets the rules and screens, and shows the result for approval.

3 · The app runs on our platform

Secure, backed up and monitored, at a fraction of the usual cloud cost. Customers can export their data at any time.

Two products from the same platform

For software companies

The platform

Agencies and startups build their clients' apps on our parts. They deliver faster, pay less to host, and can resell hosting to their clients under their own brand.

For small businesses

Ready-to-use apps

Subscriptions a business can start using the same day: an AI chat inbox for Zalo and Facebook, online booking, hotel management, and education center management.

Built by talking to AI

An owner describes the business. The AI builds the app. A person approves it.

Every change the AI makes is shown before it goes live, and nothing reaches real customers without a human approval.

"Build a booking system for my dental clinic. Three dentists, two rooms. Patients pay a 100,000 VND deposit online and get a Zalo reminder the day before."

  1. DescribeThe clinic owner, or their agency, types the request in plain words.
  2. BuildThe AI sets up services, dentists, rooms, opening hours, deposits and reminders from ready-made parts.
  3. ReviewThe owner sees exactly what will change, including warnings such as "the public can make bookings".
  4. Go liveAfter approval, the clinic has a booking page, a calendar for staff and online deposits the same day.
Why it costs less

The same work on far fewer servers.

Most apps today are split into many separate services, each with its own servers and fees. Peace Base runs everything as one efficient program that can be copied onto more servers as customers grow.

Peace Baseone group of ~8 servers
~$1,500 / month
Typical big-cloud setupsame load, managed services
~$6,000–12,000 / month

Planning estimates for about one million people using apps at the same moment, to be confirmed by load tests. The lighter part of the grey bar shows the upper end of the range.

One program, not dozens

Fewer servers to pay for and fewer things to break.

Files skip our servers

Photos and documents go straight to low-cost storage with no download fees.

Busy work is batched

Logs, messages and reports are saved in groups, which needs far less database power.

Tested on 12 app types

Most of a typical business app comes ready-made.

We checked the design against twelve kinds of apps that businesses buy today and estimated how much of each one the platform provides without custom programming.

Design estimates, not measurements. Ride-hailing and hotel marketplaces score lowest on purpose: driver matching and hotel ranking are what make those businesses different, so their owners build that part themselves.

Who pays us

Start with software agencies and shops that sell through chat.

Agencies each bring many client projects, so one partnership brings many customers. Shops on Zalo and Facebook feel the pain every day and see results within days.

How we make money

Monthly subscriptions, from three sources.

Every customer pays monthly or yearly. Prices are proposals to test with customers. Server costs are small next to prices, so most of each subscription is margin (an estimated 70–90%; AI-heavy plans lower).

Competition

We sell where others are weaker, and partner where they are strong.

Competitor typeExamplesOur advantage
International developer platformsSupabase, FirebaseBusiness parts included (booking, chat, orders), lower and fixed prices, data in Vietnam, local payment and invoices
Chat and chatbot toolsFchat, Bizfly Chat, SubizOur AI does not only reply: it checks orders and makes bookings, because it sits on the same platform as the business data
Sales and shop softwareKiotViet, Sapo, HaravanWe do not compete head-on. We connect to them and focus on services, bookings and hospitality
Custom developmentAgencies building from scratchWe turn them into partners: they build faster on our parts and earn recurring income
What it takes to start

One developer, about eight months, and around $4–6k in running costs.

The founder builds the product with AI coding tools. We launch the AI Chat Inbox first because it can earn money soonest, then open the platform to agencies.

Months 1–2Foundation

Accounts, staff roles, company separation, file storage, admin screens.

Secure base ready; customer interviews running in parallel
Months 3–4AI Chat Inbox

Zalo, Messenger and website chat in one inbox, with an AI that answers and hands over to staff.

3–5 pilot shops using it daily
Months 5–6Platform for agencies

AI app building, developer tools and guides.

First agency builds a real client app
Months 7–8Paid launch

Billing, backups, monitoring, onboarding.

5 agency partners, 10+ shops, first revenue

Cash costs for the first eight months

AI usage for the chat assistant (pilot customers)$50–300$0.4–2.4k
AI coding tools for the developer$100–200$0.8–1.6k

Excludes the founder's own time. One server is enough for the first hundreds of customers; costs grow only when revenue does.

Risks

What could go wrong, and what we do about it.

RiskLevelHow we handle it
Customers do not pay at these pricesHighSix weeks of interviews and a pricing test before most of the building; prices adjusted to what customers accept
One developer is a bottleneckHighNarrow first product, AI coding tools, agencies build the apps on top; hire once revenue starts
Agencies fear depending on a new companyMediumData export at any time, and a licence to run the platform on their own servers
AI costs eat the margin on chat plansMediumSmaller AI models by default, usage limits per plan, prices reviewed monthly

How you can help

We are testing the market before building most of the product. Partners who join now shape it and get the best terms for the life of the partnership.

  1. Introductions: 10 shops selling on Zalo or Facebook, and 10 clinics, spas or education centers, for short interviews.
  2. Agency contacts: software companies willing to try the platform on one real client project.
  3. Pricing feedback: how our prices compare with what these businesses pay today.
  4. Launch offers to share: 50% off for the first 100 paying businesses for a year; the first 10 agencies get Partner Pro free for a year.
